After completion of B.Tech from Institute of Chemical Technology (UDCT-Mumbai) in 2005,he worked in Pharmaceutical Industries in India for 2 years as a Process Engineer and senior chemist in process development and R & D division. He joined Jun Li’s group in 2007 and research interests are to develop biosensors employing vertically aligned carbon nanofiber arrays and gold nanoparticles for capture and detection of pathogens, cancer biomarker detection, and DNA detection.
